I believe that we are all beings of energy.

I believe that we are surrounded by a conscious field of living energy that is vibrating.

I believe that we have reached a time in our awakening that this energy is reaching out to us, yearning to help us deepen our understanding and connect with it and each other.

An Energetic Reading is what I believe to be a direct link to this energetic field. This field is guiding, loving, and expansive. It serves to support us as we reach. As we are all unique beings, messages may come in many ways. It must be so for the message to speak to an individual.

I believe that this conscious energy field yearns to communicate directly with each of us. This means that my personal goal is that the process help you develop your own abilities to energetically attune.

This means that my role is that of a support translator or presenter. I often say “conduit”. The guides want to reach you and it is my deepest hope that as we work together, you will begin to connect more and more with this field directly. We all need support and to borrow another's "ears" from time to time along the way in our journey. However, I truly believe that I can best serve this time as a temporary link between recipient and guides.

We are all experiencing this incarnation. As we awaken, new challenges present. Sometimes we all need to “tap” a different source to help move us forward. Before requesting a reading, take a moment to check in with yourself and ask if this is the right avenue for you to explore in this moment.

What is the process for having a reading done?

The purpose of the reading is to provide tools for you to deepen your own spiritual work. We will need to communicate so that I can connect with your energy field and have an idea of what the question is that you seek guidance in exploring. Please keep in mind that it is also ok to ask, "Is there a message for me?" without directly asking a specific question. I have found that readings done in this manner answer the questions being held by the recipient.

In the past, the hands on connection of reflexology and the energy exchange, has brought the guides forward. Recently, the guides have started to come at my asking. Or they have let me know they want to come and I need to make time to listen fully.

When I am ready to receive an Energetic Reading, I sit in my office with a pencil and a pad of paper. Sometimes I write the question on the paper and sometimes the guides begin and I write it all down. This means that it is unedited and free flowing. It means that there are sometimes 2 pages and sometimes 6 pages. Sometimes the guides jump around a lot and on rare occasions they are direct and specific. Usually, they are fairly gentle and wish to communicate in a way that lifts your vibration. However, some have openly stated intentions such as, "We are scolding today because we have answered this already." Each set of guides has their own unique "signature pattern" or presence in communication style.

How should I interpret the Energetic Reading?

There can be a tendency to take the information literally – verbatim.  Please do not do this.  The guides are speaking through me – that means they have to present in a way that I can begin to see and capture.  I have found that in most cases, the words are a starting point.

They come so that a particular vibration will be achieved and it is within this vibration that you will find guidance.   Read your message many times out loud. Listen to the message, and see what resonates within you.  Follow that path fully.  Then come back and read the notes again, take the next vibration that resonates in your knowing and follow it fully.  Remember, this is not about learning to mimic or be obedient to a spiritual teacher – this is about finding your path in this moment and then expanding.

Are there any boundaries I should know about up front?

Yes.  I hold “highest and best”, "love and light", "ease and grace", as well as “peace” as my vibrations during this work.  This means that I establish a strong barrier against those who would bring harm.  I have been injured in sessions and I have learned that this boundary is vital.

I do not permit death or death’s face to my work.  I am still a being in this incarnation and that is beyond my ability to cope.  I am also fiercely protective of boundaries in relationship and privacy. I have decided to err on the side of privacy always.

We live in a small community and I find that sometimes I feel information is not for my knowing.  If I begin to feel that information that is highly private is being presented, I will stop the communication and redirect the path.  This does not mean you do not have access to the information, it means I block my knowing.

I also do not allow direct naming of previous energetic incarnations. Some guides have requested to name their relationship to you however I have limited that as well. Again, I find this information limiting the scope of what the message can mean. I will allow general information such as, "the presence appears as a female and to me she seems old with white hair and what I would associate with a Native American language" vs. "this is an aunt on your father's side who has recently passed and her name is 6 letters long".

If you feel that you need this kind of specific information, please open your awareness to call in another person to support you.

I realize this can be frustrating when the issue is something that you are struggling with however the long term goal is for you to have direct access and so there is still room for the energy to flow through you directly. If I receive information that is personal, please know that I will hold this experience in reverence, free of judgment.

Do you always receive messages?

At this time, for each time that I have attempted a separate Energetic Reading, I have received information. However, I do not promise a reading as the reading needs to be pure and not forced. If one comes, it is shared.

I will also say that after working with clients, guides have returned and requested to share more information. I have allowed this access on occasion however; I believe boundaries are healthy for all parties involved. An energetic being that will not respect my boundary, needs to be redirected rather than permitted to speak. I must evaluate each situation individually. Some guides are willing to request my attention and then sit patiently until space is opened for them to speak.

What will the Energetic Reading look like when I receive it?

I write all interactions with guides down with paper and pencil, long hand. (I send this copy to you with a cautionary note that it is very difficult to read another person's handwriting, particularly a dyslexic such as myself.) I find that some clients simply prefer to read a handwritten "letter" vs. a typed transcript. Do what is most comfortable for you.

After recording and Energetic Reading, I then transcribe it - verbatim. The text is spaced and all interactions with me are italicized. For example, I ask a question and they respond. I will italicize any reference to me in the answer. Such as, "She asks us if ...."

Sometimes I am shown a picture and told to describe it, such as "I see a face that is pausing and awaiting your response". I will color code this for you so you know it is a description by me rather than a verbatim writing.

If I receive strong impressions during the session, I will include a third copy that has my notes color coded as well. Such as "As I wrote this section, I experienced deep pain in my chest and struggled to breathe."

Please do not read my notes until you have deeply processed the reading yourself. I know that it is tempting, but that will create a dependency on me for interpretation and weaken your process. Hold onto my comments until a later time.

What will the language of the Energetic Reading look like?

There are many different ways to connect with the energetic conscious field around us. Some are trained to work with different realms of the unseen, such as shamans or Theta Healer practitioners. Some speak only to a specific guide or feel they link directly to "creator", as is true for many "psychic channelers". I strongly believe that messages come as is needed to match your journey. Therefore, I remain open to the realm coming through that is highest and best for you at this time. I do not focus on which realm it is or who is speaking. (see above)

I believe in the power of working deeply with a message.  I believe it messages being powerful over time for different reasons.  I believe that allegory is often more powerful than giving you the lotto numbers.  We all want the lotto numbers because that is what we have been trained to believe as authentic.  Our world supports the quick fix and the easy – and if that is what you are seeking, I am not the person for you to work with.

Again, the English language is not the language used by the energy around us.  English limits us and frames our thoughts.  However, it is the language I speak so the guides must try to frame their ideas into little bits so we can work with them.

The fee for an Energetic Reading is $125.00 and is due before the reading is called in.

Will I get to speak with you about my reading?

Having been to see people who channel myself, I understand the desire to have someone sit with you and essentially coach or counsel you through the entire process. I really understand that! For example, if I am sitting with you, I can offer you compassion and emotional support that I can easily see is needed. However, that is not the intention of this work. This work is to help empower you and your journey at a deeper level.

After great soul searching and debate, I have decided to offer an opportunity to speak with me directly after you have received and worked with your reading. Again, I suggest that you do not speak with me until have thoroughly worked with the reading. Do not give in to that first impulse to speak with me - it is worth doing the work on your own first! And then, if you still feel need to speak with me; an up to 10 minute phone conversation can be scheduled. The phone conversation is an additional $25.00 and can be purchased through the website. The additional fee for this service pays for my time and let's face it, money often motivates one to really think about the choices we are making!
